Our concept is to connect Kerala and Mandi — combining the slow-cooked rice-and-meat techniques popular across Arabia with the spice profiles and hospitality traditions of Kerala's Malabar region. Located at 1775 Toronto Street in central Regina, we are proud to bring this unique fusion to Saskatchewan.
Our menu focuses on slow-cooked Mandi rice with chicken, lamb, or beef shanks, flame-grilled Alfahm chicken combos, Shawaya-style chicken with rich gravy, Malabar fried rice, and large feast boxes meant to be shared. Signature dishes include the Lamb Shank Mandi, Alfahm Chicken Mandi, and Beef Shank Mandi — all fully Halal and prepared to highlight both Arabian and South Indian flavour profiles.
